To help preserve the memory of Argentina’s period of state terrorism (the so-called “Dirty War”) and its impact throughout the country, focusing on strengthening the organization’s development and communications programs.

To provide expertise in freedom of information requests and documentation of human rights violations to Latin American organizations.
